Life Coaching Session Options:

Dream Sessions: (new clients) scheduled coaching sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to begin moving forward. Minimum of 4-6 sessions needed for the following:

  • Assessing your life balance
  • Figuring out your values and how to live by them
  • Evaluation of energy gainers and drainers
  • 60/90 day goals and plan to achieve them
  • Other topics that come up specific to your coaching sessions

Achieve Sessions: (ongoing clients) scheduled coaching sessions to check in monthly or bi-monthly to keep your life moving forward and living inspired.

  • Re-evaluation of goals
  • Plan for renewal and recharge
  • How to continue living your most abundant life
  • Celebration of goals and balance

Inspire Sessions: (for current/previous clients) a pop up coaching session to assist with clarity for a decision or situation.

  • A one time coaching session for a specific time sensitive decision and/or opportunity. (ex. job offer/s, space to process a big decision, clarity between best and better.)
